Baked potatoes stuffed with vegetables

Ingredient:
4 large potatoes
1sitno chopped tomatoes
1 finely chopped onion
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
8 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Preparation:Preheat oven to 180 ° C. On a baking sheet place the baking paper. Wash the potatoes and cut in half. Scoop out potato halves, so you can recharge.

Hollowed portion potato chop and mix with tomatoes, onions, olive oil, parsley, salt and pepper. Mixture evenly fill the potatoes and place in oven to bake for about 30 minutes, or until potatoes become soft.
