Ingredient:
7 egg yolks
165g sugar
200g coarsely chopped good quality dark chocolate
250g softened butter
65g cocoa
600ml whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation:Grease a baking sheet 8 x 22cm and the pan with parchment paper.
Mix egg yolks and sugar for 5 minutes. Add the chocolate and stir steamed until melted. Add the butter and stir until melted. Remove from steam and stir in cocoa.
Cream and vanilla mix until mixture tighter. Stir in a little cream to the mixture with the chocolate. Add the remaining cream. Mixture on a baking sheet, cover with foil and keep in the fridge overnight.
Cut the cake into slices and garnish with fresh fruit.
