Ingredient:1 chopped onion
1.5 cups chopped tofu
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1 tablespoon parsley
Preparation:Heat the olive oil, onions and mushrooms stew. Add the tofu, cover and cook for about 2 minutes. Add soy sauce, parsley, stir well and serve.
