Fine cake with jam

Ingredient:
7 eggs
175g sugar
60g melted butter
170g plain flour
200ml whipping cream
200g of raspberry jam
powdered sugar for sprinkling

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 190 ° C. Grease and flour 2 baking sheets diameter 20cm.

Blender mix eggs. Add the sugar and mix at high speed for 5 minutes.

Add flour and mix well. Pour the melted butter and mix a few minutes.

Pour the batter into the prepared molds for baking. Biscuits Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Remove them from the oven and allow to cool 10 minutes before removing them from the mold.

Meanwhile, whip the cream in a sturdy cream.

When the biscuits cool, one coat of cream and whipped cream put jam. Fold the other cake and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
