Chicken with orange sauce

Ingredient:
5 pieces of chicken breast
olive oil
salt
pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 small chopped onion
3 cup orange juice
2 teaspoons thyme
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 190 ° C. Chicken breasts lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Chicken bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil and fry the onion. Add orange juice and thyme. Let it boil. Simmer for about 20 minutes stirring occasionally. When the volume is reduced by about half, add the honey, soy sauce, pepper and salt. Continue to cook for about 2-3 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the oven and brush with sauce. Return to the oven and continue to bake 10 to 15 minutes. Remove the chicken from the oven and serve with remaining sauce.
