Eid Cake with dark chocolate

Ingredient
55g butter
115 g dark chocolate (more than 70% cocoa)
3 eggs
pinch of salt
75 g sugar
1 tablespoon rum
40g ground almonds
3 tablespoons flour

Preparation
Melt chocolate and butter together.

Add salt and half the sugar egg whites. Mix until whites.

Beat egg yolks and sugar. The yolks mix rum and melted chocolate and butter. Add the ground almonds and mix well. Slowly add the egg whites and mix.

Grease and flour a baking mold diameter of 18cm. Cake bake 20 minutes at 170 ° C.
