55g butter
115 g dark chocolate (more than 70% cocoa)

75 g sugar
1 tablespoon rum
40g ground almonds
3 tablespoons flour
Preparation
Melt chocolate and butter together.
Add salt and half the sugar egg whites. Mix until whites.
