Mustard greens - 1 kg
Red Chillies - 6 (whole)
Onion - 1 smaller size, slice into 4 pieces
Garlic cloves - 6 Ginger - 1 little part
Green chillies - 4 Gram
flour/cornmeal - ½ cup
Salt to taste as you like
Oil - 1 glass

Step 1:
Cut mustard greens perfectly and clean carefully.
Step 2:
In a large based pan boil the greens without having any water with all spices.
Step 3:
When all its natural water is disappeared, eliminate from high temperature.
Step 4:
A little bit cool it and then smash to a smoothpaste. Heat oil or banaspati and include the mixture.
Step 5:
Mix for a couple of minutes and slowly add gram flour or cornmeal and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 6:
Just before serving, garnish with dissolved butter and garlic.
